Vitamin B has distinctively different Vitamin B complex's is called Vitamin B1, B2, B3, B5, B6 and B12.
Vitamin B1: It is another vitamin in vitamin B group. Vitamin B1 helps the body convert food into energy and aids the function of the heart and cardiovascular and the brain and nervous system. Which is also known as "Thiamine". Naturally this vitamin can be found in oranges, boiled potatoes, fish, egg yolk, brown rice, wheat germ, whole wheat, oatmeal, black strap-molasses, meats and soybeans.
